Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the technology industry. Duties:

• Responsible for the sale and field support of all forecasted products to the territory or customer base assigned
• Maintain a level of technical understanding to be regarded as a problem solver
• Conduct sales calls to increase Cordyne's business
• Responsible for providing current customers with competent service in all areas of sales support, before and after order
• Maximize time in front of current and potential customers, and buying influence
• Responsible for meeting, or exceeding, sales targets assigned by their manager
• Responsible for the overall growth of Cordyne products
• Work together with manufacturers on joint sales efforts
• Coordinates customer training, when applicable and necessary
• Works with Inside Sales to keep account activities and literature up to date

Education and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred or equivalent work experience

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience or equivalent
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry
• Proven record of accomplishments
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Business development mindset with a focus on long-term relationship-building
• Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
