Responsibilities:

This sales position involves the management of existing customer portfolios and pipeline as well as the active acquisition of new customers for ITS. As an Account Manager, you will work with marketing to promote ITS services and products and identify prospective customers, manage the customer relationship, and grow ITS business. It is your responsibility to handle all customer prospects and relations in the sales cycle and to generate a robust pipeline for future business.

Requirements

A high school diploma / GED, degree preferred

3 years of outside sales experience in the industrial, refinery, and/or construction management arenas

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have "hunter" mentality

Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize efficiently

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Skills in delegating, follow up, goal setting, planning, leadership building, multi-tasking, and teamwork

Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
