Job Summary:
As a Major Account Manager specializing in business communications and technology solutions, you will be responsible for developing and managing key client relationships within the realm of voice communications, video communications, business ethernet, managed cloud technology, managed Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, and business internet services. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth, foster client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
