Description
A flexible part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) Human Resources Generalist is needed in our Boston office to perform a wide range of duties for multi-site locations. This position is responsible for the day-to-day HR and benefits and is the main contact for employees at the company. The position helps support the HR team in the administration, processing, and maintenance of benefits systems, payroll processing, or HR-related initiatives. The role also serves as a liaison between the employees and the third-party providers. Duties include but are not limited to:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to maintain the confidential nature of human resource work and information
Tactfulness when communicating with staff
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Possesses extreme attention to detail
Capability to multi-task and handle matters of urgency
Experience with Paylocity payroll system a plus
Requirements
5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
MS Office Experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
