Our client, an Aerospace Manufacturing Enterprise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lenexa KS!
Onsite in Lenexa (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
This is a 6 Month W2 Contract To Hire!
The ideal candidate is responsible for account management which includes purchase order management, pricing reviews, and order review management, among other supply chain duties.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Oversee Purchase orders
- Review Contracts
- Process Returns and Order Management
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 6 years of relevant experience
- SAP ERP experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
