Gill Studios is currently hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives who can provide an excellent experience to the customers by being available and responsive to incoming customer communications by phone and email and by providing product and service solutions in a timely, knowledgeable manner. The successful candidates must possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, the ability to meet performance objectives in a fast-paced environment, competency in basic computer use as well as keyboarding (40 wpm) including email and the internet, work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, prioritize and manage time efficiently, and have strong attention to detail. The job entails working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, with possible overtime as needed.
