Job description
LMC Truck is seeking quality Bilingual Customer Service Rep!
The CSR is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our customers by providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses on calls, completing correspondence, and processing work queues to ensure successful fulfillment of part orders. Our ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, can work well under stress, and is able to multitask in the call center environment.
Training: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm (at the completion of training regular schedule hours will commence).
Shifts available:
1. Monday - Friday: 10:30am to 7:00pm (Off Saturday & Sunday)
2. Monday - Thursday AND Saturday: 9:00am to 5:30pm (Off Friday & Sunday)
Compensation:
- $16.00 hourly during Training (two weeks)
- $1.00 Bilingual differential – if applicable (must have a proven, intermediate understanding of Spanish and English)
- $1.00 weekend differential on Saturday
- $2.00 productivity differential
- WEEKLY PAY ON FRIDAYS!
