Position Summary : The main duties of the Administrative Assistant are to assist with a variety of administrative support tasks and to also greet visitors and handle incoming calls.
This individual must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction as part of reception duties.

Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications :
High school graduation, or its equivalent, plus three years minimum administrative experience. Education and experience requirement may be met with any equivalent combination that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Prior professional services firm experience helpful.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Environment Description - Work Location and Expected Travel : Work environment is exclusively within the Meaden & Moore corporate office and no travel is expected with this position.
Position requires sitting for extended periods of time. Some overtime may be required.
