Our client, a well-known-international investment bank, is looking for a front-desk receptionist to sit in their Miami, FL office.
Responsibilities of this position include greeting and directing the firm's visitors and clients, receiving and transferring phone calls to the office's main number, and sorting and distributing mail to the firm's employees.
The ideal candidate will come with at least two years of experience in front-desk reception for a large firm, preferably within the financial services industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
