Come Join our growing team! At VativoRx, we are looking for the right Administrative Assistant candidate to help us with our growing business! The Successful candidate will join our team in Miami, Florida in bringing Pharmacy Benefit Solutions to the market!
Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Essential Functions:
  • Reports to Director, PBM Programs & Services
  • Greets and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Directs visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answers, screens and forwards incoming phone calls
  • Ensures reception area is organized and presentable
  • Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receives, sorts and distributes daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintains office procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Orders front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Keeps updated records of office supply budget
  • Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Order lunch/organizing team events
Education:
  • Completed High-School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred
Skills / Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Powerpoint
•Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
