Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and text clients
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding company services and policies
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with creating appointments using Square
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and helpful responses
- Assist with customer support by addressing concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk are - Maintain the store's cleanliness (sweep and take the trash out)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (additional certifications or training is a plus)
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Bilingual
