Busy dermatology office looking for front desk staff. We are looking for a fast pace, multitasking person. A person motivated to learn with excellent social skills and bilingual. The perfect candidate should be able to work with our EMR system, understand insurance benefits and be able to provide courteous care for our patients. Answering phones, making appointments, routing tasks and messages to the correct department. Confirming upcoming appointments.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, routing the calls to correct departments, able to fill up the schedule, work with others in the front desk to make sure the patient's time and appointment run smoothly.
Person must be Bilingual due to the patient population.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
