**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage appointments and reservations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping (ex: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel or similar software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in personal assistant roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with receptionist duties would be beneficial
