Overview:

Master Threads 305, a beauty and aesthetics clinic based in South Miami, FL, is looking for a vibrant and professional Front Desk Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
• Take high-quality before and after photos of patients as required.
• Assist with managing the clinic's social media accounts by posting updates, promotions, and engaging content.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Interest and/or work experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.06 - $20.55 per hour
