MPD is currently searching for a Human Resources Generalist . The HR Generalist aids with and facilitates the HR processes at all business locations. This role oversees employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The HR Generalist makes certain that plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to HR functions as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. The HR Generalist receives general supervision from the HR Director.
This position pays $42,930.00 - $68,9423.00 per year. Staff is an at-will employee. This is a full-time non-exempt position. In addition to compensation, MPD also offers:
