Mercadien Consulting LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Hamilton, NJ

Description

 The Mercadien Group, a highly regarded and dynamic professional services firm, is expanding and seeks an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! The Assistant will support our group of seasoned accounting professionals and partners. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Client billing and collections
  • Meeting and appointment scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Proofreading support
  • Proposal preparation
  • Client correspondence, transcription, faxing
  • File maintenance and retrieval
  • Reports
  • Answering telephones for Principals and Directors
  • Backup support for team overflow and reception as necessary
  • Document scanning
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Financial statement preparation (as needed)
  • Work as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per work, between the professional hours of 9am and 5pm
  • Must possess superior computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and must have adequate typing abilities 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proofreading experience or certification preferred
