We are currently looking for a part-time administrative assistant (Bilingual- Spanish Speaking). This position does have the potential of becoming a full-time. Must live in NJ, PA or close by to office. This position will require great communication with prospective clients in need of counseling and scheduling current clients, communicating with health care professionals, handling all clinician's schedule, along with engaging in daily general administrative duties.

• Education: Associate (Minimum).
• Administrative Assistants; Receptionists: (Experience: 1 years Minimum).
• Customer service: 1 years (Required).
• Proficient in MSW, Google slides/doc, Excel, PowerPoint, professional writing of letters and emails, and use of various computer programs.
• Must have own computer and phone.
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to work with a team of professionals.
• Must be able to work independently, have initiative, have problem solving skills, be well organized, and have great time management skills.
• Salary $16.00-18.00 per hour.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read fluent Spanish.
• Only serious qualified candidates from within NJ/PA or local candidates will be considered.
