Were looking for a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join the companys Member Support team as Member Support Specialist. In this role, you will be reporting to our Member Support Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**

* Effectively respond to member-related support inquiries via phone, email and chat

* Appropriately track member-related support issues and assist in trend analysis

* Proactively engage members to ensure they are utilizing and renewing their membership

* Effectively communicate with members to create a professional and memorable experience at every touch point of the brand

**Requirements**

* 1 year of member care or support experience

* Strong people skills - friendly, empathetic, good listener, and enjoy personal interaction

* Prideful in your work and detail-oriented

* Organized and diligent in following up on action items

* Legally authorized to work in the United States
