• Leads team of technicians to diagnose, repair, install equipment and communicate with client
• Ensures installations and repairs meet or exceed expectations of client and are completed in a timely manner
• Develops service plans and budgets, maintaining accurate records of service work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Coordinates preventative maintenance tasks according to established protocols
• Plans and lays-out work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, guides, codes, and work orders
• Guides team in troubleshooting heating boilers, complex heating systems, and fuel power boilers
• Trains personnel, creates designing processes, and continually helps team members refine their skills
• Ensures that all field personnel are entering time and materials accurately and on time
• Serves as the primary escalation point for field team members and field’s voice to our management team
• Enforces maintenance standards for tools, vehicles, uniforms, worksite & shop cleanliness
• Works directly with our Technicians to solve application-based problems when necessary

• Supports all job estimates/quotes for repairs & replacement

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Advanced Degree preferred
• Must have 3 years of field technician experience and 8 years in the Boiler Service and/or HVAC Industry
• Outstanding leadership experience supervising field technicians, 5 years or more preferred
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints & ability to troubleshoot without
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment
