• Manage global conference calendars and ensure stakeholder teams have event information as needed.
• Manage Event share drive to ensure all event information is organized and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
• Track Event Campaigns in Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all projects are on track and stakeholder teams are aligned.
• Manage list processing and reporting for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 event
• Follow up with stakeholders as needed to manage timelines and project deadlines; coordinate the details necessary to complete projects.
• Help send, post, submit, distribute or otherwise disseminate marketing materials, projects, and content once complete.
• Assist with event planning and logistics this may include researching restaurant / hotel locations for small group dinners, local activities, etc.
• Assist with budget and payment tracking.
• Assist with various other event and field marketing related activities as needed.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, event planning, or communications
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
• Ability to communicate with multiple members of the team effectively
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
• Experience with project/event management software is a plus
