Seeking a professional Event Coordinator for a full-time, in-person role at Austin Detours.

We have a tight-knit team of musicians, artists, comics and creatives as our Experience Hosts. Your role is a big and important! We are looking for someone to manage the execution of all our tours / events. You report to our Chief Operations Officer. You don't manage any people but you manage the execution of all our events! This is a job for a jack or Jill of all trades! You have to be fast, efficient, and like a busy work environment. On a daily basis you will juggle answering phones from tour guests, managing public tour execution, and especially prepping tours to make sure our guides are ready for success. This is anything from Scavenger Hunt kits to mini-olympics set-ups for big groups, food tour menus, and more. You will also work on-site at events: welcoming groups, getting tables set up at food stops, making sure everything is ready at our on-site events.
