We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and detail-driven Field Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this capacity, you will assume responsibility for all physical aspects of the properties under our management, with a particular emphasis on proactive issue resolution through frequent and comprehensive property inspections. Your key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

• Property Inspections: Performing daily property inspections of various types, encompassing tasks such as data collection and reporting on cleanliness, inventory requirements, maintenance concerns, and enhancements to decor. Utilizing a range of applications and spreadsheets for effective data management and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Efficiently collaborating with our Operations and Guest Services teams to promptly resolve issues and address property-related inquiries.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining a meticulous inventory of property specifications, including the identification of major system locations, circuit breaker placements, air filter details, and appliance makes/models within our management software.
• Consumables Maintenance: Ensuring the proper restocking and well-organization of consumables for our cleaning team.
• Guest Assistance: Occasionally undertaking trips to deliver items to guests during their stays, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

To excel in the Field Operations Specialist role at STR Management, candidates must exhibit the following qualifications and skills:

• Relevant Experience: A background in property management, vacation rentals, real estate, home staging, construction, customer service, or a related field will be highly advantageous.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with property owners, guests, and our internal teams.
• Tech-Savviness and Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in technology and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Demonstrated aptitude for utilizing available resources to identify answers and solutions when faced with challenges.
• Transportation: Possession of reliable transportation to facilitate property visits and inspections.
• Physical Capability: Comfort and ability to handle tasks involving lifting and transporting supplies, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility: The role demands a flexible schedule, including availability during regular office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, as well as occasional weekend work as needed to fulfill job requirements.
