Would you like to work for a successful multi-specialty medical group whose goal is to provide quality healthcare? This medical group is dedicated to its mission of providing quality, patient-focused healthcare to the families of Raleigh, NC.
Currently seeking a Patient Service representative. Bilingual Spanish is helpful.
- Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate departments
- Greet / welcome patients / visitors / vendors and direct them accordingly
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-payments
- Confirm insurance eligibility for each patient
The right candidate will have :
- High School diploma
- 1 year of medical office experience
- EHR experience
- Excellent customer service skills
What we offer :
- Schedule M-F 8am -5pm or 6 : 30a-3p
- Pay : $DOE
