Job Description:

As our Office CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for answering calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' needs are met.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM

You must have:

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (Social Security Card, Work Permit, or Birth Certificate)
• Reliable and dependable
• Self-starter and ambitious
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Great verbal and written communication
• Stable High Speed Internet
• PC or Laptop (No Chromebooks)
• 3.5mm Jack or USB Corded Headset
• 2 Years Customer Service Experience
• Quiet Work Environment with Little to No Interruption
