What Sets You Up for Success

• Exceptional Customer Service: Answer incoming customer calls, greet customers warmly, and assist with any customer issues or questions with the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Checkout Assistance: Handle payment information and gather necessary details, such as addresses and phone numbers, for customer checkout and to place or cancel customer merchandise orders as needed.
• Cash Handling: Precision in managing register operations to ensure seamless transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Answer customer inquiries about warranties, terms of sale, and product information, enriching their shopping experience.
• Store Standards: Uphold our company's high standards by maintaining impeccable merchandise presentation and cash wrap cleanliness, contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.
• Team Collaboration: Be a vital contributor to our dynamic store team, offering support and versatility to meet evolving business needs.
• Computer Skills: Computer, clerical and data entry experience are preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Must have good organizational skills to manage customer information effectively.
• Flexible Schedule: Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a retail store environment.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, handling inventory, and utilizing tech equipment and computers.
• Efficiently and safely handle and move merchandise, including lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
