We are seeking a highly customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate is friendly, personable, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve member complaints, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products, services, and membership benefits
- Process membership applications, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately entered into our system
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve member issues related to payments and invoices
- Educate members on our various service offerings, promotions, and discounts
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions and transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
