MDG Solutions is Hiring a Senior Account Manager Near Boca Raton, FL

MDG is hiring!

We are searching for a Senior Account Manager to join our account team. Ourideal candidate will this own all aspects of campaigns, including internal andclient-facing kickoff meetings at the start of an initiative to completion ofdelivery. The Senior Account manager will support senior account team membersin executing creative work, building effective client relationships, andmanaging the critical components that drive growth and success for clients.

This isa hybrid role. You will be expected to work in our Boca Raton office three daysper week.

Whatyou’ll do:

Guidesand manages all day-to-day activities for assigned clients in development ofadvertising campaigns and projects within the approves plans

Managecreative, digital, social and media projects from inception to completionensuring on-time delivery

Timelinedevelopment and management of all client deliverables

Developclient meeting agendas, post meeting contact reports and any follow-up deliveractions needed

Manageinternal communications to provide direction and/or updates across departmentsincluding creative, social media, and media for campaigns or individualprojects

Plans,manages, and executes ongoing project development and timing to ensure thatprogressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules anddeadlines

Respondto client phone calls and be aware of all client activities to provide back-upto account lead

Workwith the account director to compile, update and issue status reports, dailyhot sheet items and tracking of campaign results and performance

Maintainall client information in an organized manner as needed for accurateproofreading and meeting of client standards

Act asliaison with other agency departments and vendors

Developbriefs and prepare presentation decks

Preparepost meeting client contact report

Manageblog and content development and social media updates

Manageclient budgets and billing

Activelybuild relationships with clients

Keepapprised of client’s products/services/marketing developments

Gatherand assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed fordevelopment of creative briefs and monthly presentations

Performsother related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’sDegree in Advertising, Marketing or related field required

5 years’ ad agency experience managing and executing multi-channel digitalprojects

Someexperience in digital, social, traditional, media is required

Understandingof general advertising principles and account service client managementprotocol

Managesmultiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease

Tactfuland diplomatic communication skills; internal, external, formal and informalwritten, and verbal

Abilityto communicate complex information in easy-to-understand terms

Skilledin presenting to high level clients

Ableto actively build and maintain good working relationships with clients andcolleagues

Mustbe willing to go above and beyond to ensure client’s issues and requests aresufficiently resolved

Organizedand pays attention to every detail

Proactiveproblem solving

Hospitality,healthcare, and retail experience a plus

Youmust have a valid driver’s license and have your own reliable transportation toattend client meetings and events
