Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and provide a high-level of service
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as mailers, email markeitng, social media postings, etc.
- Coordinating local events such as seminars, happy hours, etc.
- Data entry
- Groceries/Office Supply orders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Occasional pulling of data from Dental practice management systems to assist our clients
- Coordinate document signing using DocuSign
- Serve as a point of contact for certain engagements
Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word)
- Technologically literate
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Canva preferred but not required
- Experience with Dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc. preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
