MassHousing is seeking a qualified individual for the role of a Human Resources (HR) Representative reporting to the Senior Human Resources Generalist. The HR Representative is a member of the agency’s HR team and is responsible for providing Human Resource Management support to the MassHousing mission. The HR Representative provides clerical, administrative, and technical support for the cross-collaborative unit and performs administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource department.
The ideal candidate should possess a commitment to the mission and have a track record of success in an administrative support role, with a strong attention to detail. Candidates should have experience providing administrative support to cross functional teams. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
