Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Boston, MA

Our client, a dynamic therapeutics company in Boston is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This person will be responsible for providing support to Talent Acquisition as well as provide administrative support to other HR functions. This individual will manage several aspects of the recruitment process, specifically the front and back end, to ensure a seamless process and experience for the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the interview process: job postings, scheduling interviews, sending, tracking, filing CDAs and Offer Letter packets.
  • Maintain candidate profiles in ATS ensuring data integrity.
  • Serves as TA team liaison to external applicants for inquires related to the application and ATS process and escalate when appropriate.
  • Initiate background checks and drug screens.
  • Assist with day of interview management, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Process and maintain candidate Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Assist in the management of job postings on company website, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Assist with any necessary candidate travel and process candidate reimbursement.
  • Coordinate and support early talent programs by assisting with scheduling career fairs, interviews and resourceful recruiting solutions.
  • Provide administrative support to other HR functions as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and exercise good judgement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and HRIS (SuccessFactors) a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to a fluid, high growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
