Job SummaryThe Human Resources (HR) Services Representative will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that appropriate documentation is prepared and maintained. Facilitating the scheduling of appointments and completion of forms, and addressing new hires’ and managers’ concerns
• Conducting pre-employment meetings with new hires, collecting and assembling new hire data, and entering new hire data into the appropriate system
• Administering workflow of new hires and associated personnel
• Acting as subject matter expert to HR Service Center for proper responses to inquiries by phone, in person, or by or email regarding AP and medical staff HR activity
• Maintaining AP and employee records and files according to HR records retention policies and practices
• Coordinating backup support for front desk operations or telephone support

To qualify, you must have:

• Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through post-high school education such as an Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1 year of experience in an office setting; Medical or HR setting, preferred
• Experience with data entry and coordinating high-volume administrative processes
• Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and to mediate fair solutions; well-developed writing skills
