You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our practice. You will be managing day to day operation of the office include greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing doctors schedule, and interaction insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational flow of a busy, multi-doctor office
• verification of insurances
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc.
• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications

• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• People person and can make anybody feel at ease
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and time management
• Tech and application savvy. Spreadsheets, Microsoft office, google, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
