Core duties and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, potential patients and visitors to the clinic.
- Ensure patients feel welcomed and comfortable during their visits.
- Maintain and maximize appointment scheduling/ patient flow efficiently.
- Effectively greet incoming/ outgoing patients immediately upon their entrance/ departure.
- Obtain and verify insurance eligibility.
- Manage patient information and records.
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager.
