Plastic Surgeon is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for Plastic Surgeon Near New York, NY

Job Description

Prestigious Upper East Side Plastic Surgery Center is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

A Little More About Us:

Our practice is owned by a well-known double board-certified plastic surgeon who operates a high end luxury practice. We specialize in facial and body procedures including, but not limited to, rhinoplasty, facelift, injectables such as dermal fillers and Botox, laser skin treatments, non-invasive body contouring, and more. We provide our clients world-class results in a welcoming environment and seamless manner.

Your focus is to help build the practice through a team-oriented approach. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, who strides for continued self-improvement, embraces challenges, and will work collaboratively with co-workers toward monthly operational goals.

We require an individual with a sales-oriented focus, excellent communication and organizational skills, a team player mentality, and ability to work as part of a fast-paced and rapidly expanding team. Experience working in a medical spa or a dermatology or plastic surgery practice is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Please go to the below website to take our two surveys; one is approximately 4-5 minutes and is a survey, not a test, there are no right or wrong answers, and the other is a timed 12 survey which will tell us if you will be happy working in our office.

Please be easy about these surveys, don’t overthink them. You’ll get your results immediately. We’ll be in touch, and thank you for your interest in joining Levine Center for Plastic Surgery.

  • Must be able to coordinate and assist in clinical trials
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM, working until 6:00PM or 7:00PM on occasion.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, and previous experience in medical spa and/or dermatology/plastic surgery office is a plus.
  • Advanced computer and typing skills are also a plus (medical scribe).
