Job Title: Office Manager
Hours: Mondays-Fridays from 9AM-5PM (and occasional event weekends)
Salary Range: $42,000-$46,000 (Based on Experience)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision (After 90 Day Probation Period)
Reports to: Executive Director
Summary:
The Manayunk Development Corporation is a 501©3 nonprofit economic development organization. The MDC Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and communication. MDC is seeking a candidate with a friendly and collaborative attitude who has the capability to communicate effectively with coworkers, merchants, community stakeholders, vendors and sponsors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Managing the info@manayunk.org email
· Ordering supplies for office and maintenance staff
· Updating contact lists for businesses and property owners
· Sending out meeting notices and minutes
· Overseeing small projects and initiatives
· Creating PowerPoints, one-sheeters, surveys, etc. for different operations projects
· Attending community events, public meetings, fundraisers as needed
· Coordinating with vendors
Additional Responsibilities:
Job Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field plus two years of work experience preferred. Or comparable work experience in lieu of degree. Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
· Must be proficient in digital platforms including Microsoft, Google, email marketing tools like Constant Contact, etc.
· Customer service experience and cheerful disposition preferred.
· Individual should be well organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, a problem solver, aa multi-tasker, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
