We are looking for someone passionate about Italian American cuisine and who has the skill to bring creative and seasonal renditions of the classic favorites such as Pork Chop Pizzaiola, Veal Chop Parm, house extruded pastas, Lobster Fra Diavolo, antipasti, etc... Can you re-imagine these classics using seasonal products from the local farms- We are a small but VERY BUSY restaurant! You must be an exceptional expediter and team leader. We have a long time staff that kills it every night but needs an in control Chef to lead them.
