The Human Resources Manager is an integral part of delivering our promise to our guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager with expertise in managing union relationships. The Manager will be responsible for executing the strategy and assisting with full employee lifecycle processes. They will partner with the Regional Director of Human Resources and operational managers on key initiatives that drive employee, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance.
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
$75,000 - $80,000
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
