In this role, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment experiences for Product Development & Design, as well as our Technology teams
- Actively screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches
- Partner with our Talent Attraction Sourcing and Search Partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and all internal stakeholders
- Complete reporting of activities weekly
- Maintain a high-level candidate experience
- 5 years of technical recruiting experience
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at all levels is also desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Process oriented
- Can work autonomously
- Amazing ability to create partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
