The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the full life cycle of the recruiting process and meeting hiring goals by filing open positions with talented, diverse, and qualified candidates. This role sources and screens candidates, coordinates the interview process with the hiring team, facilitates offers, and ensures a high quality, pleasant candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist promotes the organization's mission, values, and culture to candidates and acts as a brand ambassador to establish a strong pipeline of candidates.RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively manages up to approximately 7 to 10 open positions concurrently, prioritizing and maintaining consistent effective communication to hiring teams and candidates.Facilitates and manages full cycle recruiting process, including performing phone screening, coordinating interviews with hiring teams and candidates, checking references, extending offer and closing out recruiting process.Uses various methods, including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs, to source, recruit, and build a robust and diverse candidate pipelineTakes ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it and ensuring consistent top notch, customer service-oriented communication and timeliness to candidatesManages the Applicant Tracking System from job posting to closure; monitors and enforces the consistency of the recruiting steps and requirements throughout the agencyPartners with Communication and Marketing Department to develop recruiting marketing and branding strategiesPartners closely with hiring manager to understand the position and department needs in order to best strategize recruiting efforts to meet those needs using different communication and feedback gathering techniques to build and establish rapportGenerates compensation analysis requests with compensation consultant as needed; upon review and approval of results with CHRO, updates pay grade structureTracks and reports on recruiting metrics; analyzes and identifies trends and findings; proposes suggestions based on both quantitative and qualitative dataGathers interview notes and documentation from hiring team and ensures complete recruiting files are compiled in a timely fashionManages job description library by reviewing and finalizing edits and supporting managers in the development of drafting new descriptions. QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field equivalent; andRequires 3 years of heavy recruiting experience, including experience building talent pipelines; orEquivalent combination of education and experienceFirm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferredExperience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and agesProficient in MS Office Suite, preferred intermediate level Excel skills.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential accordinThis position earns a competitive rate and benefits including 3 competitive health insurance options, including an option that is no cost to the employee, dental, vision, a 403 (b) retirement plan with company match, a discounted membership to Gold's Gym, 11 paid holidays a year and a PTO benefit where a new hire starts accruing time immediately. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today!g to EEO guidelines.
