Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (preferred but NOT required to be approved to join!)
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Knowledge of Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized in a deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work autonomously/independently as this is a remote opportunity
