Game Seven Staffing provides Engineering Resources on a temporary and contract basis. The Technical Recruiter’s role involves building a database of nationwide Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Contract Engineers. Our clients consist of small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies in a variety of fields including Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices, Military and Defense, Robotics, and Semiconductor. Your ability to maintain and cultivate new and existing relationships will determine your success. While hard work and resilience are the most important requirements, here are a few additional skills that will make you successful in this position along with the role’s key responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Maintain a database of Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers
- Find new candidates through cold calling, lead generation, and face-to-face meetings
- Negotiate candidates’ contract terms and pay rates as needed
- Manage a pipeline of candidates and daily call activity through use of Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn, and Microsoft 365 office products (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Achieve monthly sales quota provided by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year accredited University
- Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Excellent organizational skills and a go-getter attitude
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with rejection in a high call volume environment
- Ability to work well with a team and have a good sense of humor
- Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Insides sales experience is a plus
