Looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for the oversight of all new club opening (NCO) recruiting at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX. The Undefeated Tribe is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas and Oklahoma over the next two years and will be inviting over 500 individuals to join their team to help their community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Position Overview

The new club opening recruiter is responsible for collaborating with the NCO Team and the incoming Management Team to ensure all roles are filled prior to grand opening. Roles include: member services, sales, cleaning attendants, personal trainers, group fitness instructors and club level management positions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NCO Team to determine each NCO’s hiring needs
• Ensure job postings are up-to-date to attract top candidates
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates to fill NCO positions
• Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates. Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
• Prepares and extends job offers. Notifies applicants of rejection
• Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to hiring managers
• Foster a positive application experience aligned with the Company’s values and culture. Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they are hired
• Work with human resources manager on new market salary analysis
• Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years proven experience as an In-house Recruiter or similar role, preferably hiring a mix of exempt and non-exempt field based positions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills
• Autonomous Individual who needs very little direction
• High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated experience with full cycle recruitment
• Familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
• Proficiency in ATS systems and analytics tools
• Experience with social media recruiting
• Experience with engaging and working with hiring managers at all levels

Physical Requirements

• Requires extended use of computer and peripheral equipment.
• Prolonged stints of sitting working in an office/home office environment.
• Must be able to drive for extended periods of time as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Compensation (Salary)

$80,000 - 100,000 (depending on experience) bonus

Travel

• Located in Austin, TX, is preferred; however, remote work is acceptable.
• Up to 25% for new club recruiting events
