We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

• Identify potential real estate agents and brokers with whom we can create a working business relationship and create outreach to discuss the benefits of using our company for their escrow needs

• Secure new orders from new customers

• Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to drive brand awareness to support sales strategy

• Effectively create and delivers presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents and others

• Maintain business relationships with acquired clientele to ensure access to an ongoing revenue stream

Qualifications:

• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
