Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and leadership. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for a motivated individual who will achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Utilize Zoho or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships
- Proficient in using Zoho or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Proficient in cold calling and lead generation
-Bilingual is a plus and strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the cleaning and janitorial industry is a plus
