La-Z-Boy of Albuquerque is seeking to hire extraordinary team members to support our stores as a Customer Service Representative. You will work alongside the Directors, Warehouse team, Store Managers, Sales Representatives and Designers to passionately create customers for life, one exceptional experience at a time. Typical duties include answering calls, resolving customer concerns and questions, and offering customer support through phone and email. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are able to problem solve while being patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
