We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with check-in and check-out.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information.
-Cross-training for Kennel Technician duties, assist with the daily care of pets, including feeding, cleaning, exercise, and monitoring health and wellness.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling techniques is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
