Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Petroglyph Animal Hospital
Schedule: 10hr shifts, Monday- Sunday (varies)

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Petroglyph Animal Hospital you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the appointment calendar along with our various integrated platforms
- Responding to inquiries by phone and email about our services, policies, and procedures
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
- Processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
