We are seeking a full-time or part-time customer service associate to join our team! The customer service associate can expect to do the following in a typical day:

• Greet and assist all customers
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Handle and organize incoming and outgoing mail for all mail carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
• Organize mail for mailbox rental holders and handle mail requests
• Prepare and create outgoing shipments for customers in-store and online
• Keep store clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
• Perform job functions in multiple areas of concentration
• Keep accurate track of inventory and inform manager of any ordering needs
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Familiarity with the mailing industry is a plus!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
