Job Summary As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.
- Hours of operation are 6AM-9PM MST 7 days per week (Deposits)
- Hours of operation are 24/7 (Cards)s.

- Fully understand how life events can impact a customer's financial situation and be prepared to actively advise solutions and analyze/resolve complex customer problems through creative solutions
- Communicate effectively and confidently with customers to make their financial lives better
- Engage with customers - begin a conversation, anticipate possible questions, actively share information, build rapport, and handle objections
- Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- High school diploma or GED
- Have 1 years of customer service experience, including experience handling potentially difficult customer situations
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous
- Customer oriented
- Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
