Human Resources Generalist

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team! Reporting to the VP of Global HR, the HR Generalist will be responsible for recruiting coordination, payroll administration and compliance, onboarding programs, HRIS data management, and supporting other HR programs as needed.

Successful candidates for this role will be self-accountable and driven, with superior organizational skills and follow through. This individual must have a genuine curiosity for all things HR and be passionate about promoting a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.

Primary Job Duties:

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying and communicating with candidates, setting up interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

• Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Track and manage payroll and benefits related changes to ensure proper documentation, communication, and execution of change.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Coordinate open enrollment, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource policies.

• Maintain accurate and compliant data management within our HRIS.
• Partner with payroll company to ensure and compliance with labor regulations.

• Provide exceptional employee care and ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
• Assist HR team with various special projects, as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience.

• Experience with managing payroll processes.
• Recruitment and selection experience.
• HR orientation/onboarding experience management.
• Proficient with HRIS systems (Bamboo HR is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Approachable and collaborative.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
